Mandar Karandikar

Hello, my name is Mandar. I’m a researcher with expertise in theoretical modelling, data science, and predictive machine learning algorithms. My research focus has been on modelling the formation of structure in the Universe. In July 2025, completed my PhD in Astrophysics at the Argelander-Institute for Astronomy as part of the Large-scale structure and Cosmology research group. Now, I’m looking to apply my research expertise and technical skillset to exciting real-world problems at the interface of science and industry.
